Development and implementation of technologies to achieve a dramatic increase in the availability and reliability of a manufacturing operation

 

Brief:

The availability of one manufacturing operation in an automotive production plant is to be permanently optimised. In addition, the current rigid maintenance system is to be made more flexible. The project is to be carried out as a cooperative venture between the automotive manufacturer, the machine and component producers and ProWerk.

 

Services:

- Carry out a systematic analysis and evaluation of all current

  maintenance measures taking into account technical and economic

  aspects.

- Develop and implement cooperative maintenance strategies.

- Develop a tamper-proof TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) tachograph.

- Develop a new type of system for monitoring machine statuses.

- Implement a communication system between machine operators,

  machine manufacturers and component suppliers.

 

Results:

This project is currently in the conception phase.
